Abstract:
Disclosed are a cooking utensil (100, 300) and a control method and apparatus (200), wherein same relate to the technical field of electric appliances. The control method for the cooking utensil (100, 300) comprises the following steps: identifying that the water temperature in a cooking utensil (100, 300) is within a preset cooking temperature range (S101); and controlling, according to the preset cooking temperature range, ingredients and water in the cooking utensil (100, 300) to be in contact with one another for a preset amount of time (S102).
