Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooking vessel and a method for manufacturing same. The cooking vessel, which has a bottom part (1) and side walls (2) integrally formed, is characterized and configured with a plurality of protrusion portions (21) integrally formed on the side walls (2), the protrusion portions (21) having a recessed outer surface and a protruding inner surface so that the area of contact with the flames of a gas stove and the area of contact with the ingredients accommodated in the cooking vessel are increased, thus increasing the heat transfer effect to the ingredients. Therefore, the effects are realized in that: the area of contact with the ingredients is increased, and heat transfer efficiency is improved, enabling heating energy to be saved; the protrusion portions are inclined such that foreign matter that floats when the ingredients are boiled and made to flow in the vessel is guided to flow inward from the outside, thus making the removal of the floating matter convenient; when the ingredients are boiled, the protrusion parts protruding in an inclined manner on the inner surface prevent the vessel from boiling over; and the protrusion parts prevent noodle ingredients from sticking to the inner surface of the vessel.
