Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide cookware (1) using far-infrared ray-emitting material. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a support body (2) which includes a heating part (21) protruding downward so as to be heated by a heating body (100), and a receiving part (22) standing upward above the edge of the heating part (21); a cooking plate (3) which is placed on the receiving part (22) of the support body (2) and has a plurality of heating holes (31) passing vertically therethrough; a far-infrared ray-emitting body (4) which is accommodated inside the heating part (21) of the support body (2) and which, when heated, emits far-infrared rays toward the cooking plate (3) above; and heat intensifying holes (6) formed vertically through the heating part (21) so that the far-infrared ray-emitting body (4) in the shape of a plate or ball is directly heated by the flames or heat of the heating body (100). Accordingly, because food to be cooked is indirectly heated by far-infrared ray emission, the cookware is expected to have various benefits, such as: food not being blackened or burned; the flavor and taste of food being improved, and rapid and uniform cooking being allowed along with improved health; and high-fat oils being removed from food to the benefit of the human body and keeping the surrounding environment clean.
