A cool and hot fan (100), comprising: a first air outlet mechanism (30) configured to output an airflow having a first temperature; a second air outlet mechanism (50) arranged on one side of the first air outlet mechanism (30) in a spaced manner along a first direction, the second air outlet mechanism (50) being configured to output an airflow having a second temperature different from the first temperature; and an air outlet driving mechanism (70) selectively connected to the first air outlet mechanism (30) or the second air outlet mechanism (50) in a controlled manner. The first air outlet mechanism (30) and the second air outlet mechanism (50) of the cool and hot fan (100) are driven by the same air outlet driving mechanism (70), and there is no need to arrange two air outlet driving mechanisms (70), so that the manufacturing cost of the cool and hot fan (100) is effectively reduced, the size of the cool and hot fan (100) is effectively reduced, and production, transportation, use and storage of the cool and hot fan (100) are facilitated.
