Abstract:
According to an embodiment, a coolant supply device (80) for a rotary gantry (5) comprises: a rotary gantry (5) that supports an emitting nozzle (13) for emitting a particle beam (7) and a transport unit (14) for transporting the particle beam (7) to the emitting nozzle (13), and that rotates about a horizontal axis (9) oriented in a horizontal direction; and a cable (22A) having one end connected to the rotary gantry (5) and the other end connected to a stationary device (30), and that comprises a band formed by integrating a plurality of flexible hoses (81) in parallel, the flexible hoses (81) supplying coolant to a superconducting electromagnet (15) of the transport unit (14).
