Abstract:
Provided is a cooling apparatus, with a hot gas defrosting system, allowing defrosting time to be shortened and residual frost to be prevented. The cooling apparatus (100) according to the present invention comprises: a first hot gas circuit (4) which is equipped with a first on-off valve (4a) and a first pipe (4c) connected to a distributor (3a), and which branches off from the pipe on the discharge side of a compressor (7); and a second hot gas circuit (5) which is equipped with a second on-off valve (5a) and a second pipe (5c) connected to a lower distributor (3bb) of the distributor (3b) located below an evaporator (3), and which branches off from the pipe on the discharge side of the compressor (7).
