Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooling control apparatus for a superconducting fault current limiter, which may comprise: a superconducting fault current limiter for cooling a saturated liquid coolant with a refrigerator to maintain the temperature of a supercooled liquid coolant in which a superconducting element is immersed; a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of a second container in which the saturated liquid coolant of the superconducting fault current limiter is contained; and a control device unit for estimating the temperature of the saturated liquid coolant by using a pressure detection result of the pressure sensor, and controlling the temperature of the refrigerator according to the estimated temperature of the saturated liquid coolant.
