Abstract:
Disclosed is a cooling device for intelligent mechanical lathe machining, relating to the field of mechanical lathe apparatuses. The present invention solves the problems in the machining process of existing intelligent machine tools whereby the flow rate of a cutting fluid sprayed to machining parts for cooling cannot be automatically adjusted based on the temperature of the machining parts, and machine tool spindle boxes are poor in terms of heat dissipation. A heat dissipation assembly is arranged in a lathe housing, cold air is provided for a spindle box through the heat dissipation assembly, and the start and stop of the heat dissipation assembly are controlled by a control unit and a first temperature sensor. A cooling assembly is further installed on a carriage, a cutting fluid is sprayed to a machining part through the cooling assembly, the cooling assembly comprises a cooling spray head and an electric control valve arranged at an inlet end of the cooling spray head, and the start and stop of the cooling assembly and the flow rate of the cutting fluid are controlled by means of the control unit, a second temperature sensor and the electric control valve. The amount of sprayed liquid can be adjusted by means of the cooling spray head and the electric control valve, such that the liquid can be effectively utilized, and wasting of the liquid is reduced.
