Abstract:
A cooling device (1) is provided with: a base (10), i.e., a board-like member; a plurality of heat pipes (20) attached to the base (10); and fins (30) attached to the heat pipes (20). Grooves (13), in which a refrigerant (14) is sealed, are formed in the base (10). The heat pipes (20) are attached to the base (10), and hollows (21) in the heat pipes (20) are in communication with the grooves (13), respectively. A part of each of the grooves (13), or a part of each of the grooves (13) and a part of each of the hollows (21) in communication with the grooves (13) are filled with the liquid refrigerant (14).
