A cooling device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a water tank case that stores cooling water therein, an evaporator, at least a portion of which is accommodated in the water tank case and which exchanges heat with the cooling water stored inside the water tank case, and a water tank case insulating portion that is foam-molded to surround the outer surface of the water tank case; a water tank cover, at least one component of which is disposed thereon and which is disposed on the upper side of the water tank case; a water tank cover insulating portion that is foam-molded to form a water tank insulating portion seamlessly integrated with the water tank case insulating portion and is configured to surround the outer surface of the water tank cover; and a sealing member disposed around the at least one component disposed on the water tank cover, to prevent a gap leading to the water tank case from being formed.
