Abstract:
A cooling grid of a cooler device is provided which can suppress variation of pressure loss in the passage of cooling air. This cooling grid 1 is provided with multiple support plates 24, 25 and multiple covering members 23. The support plates 24, 25 are arranged spaced apart in the conveyance direction such that a slit 27 is formed therebetween for the passage of cooling air, and a clinker layer 14 is loaded on said support plates. Further, the support plates 24, 25 have a placement area 28 which is positioned to both sides in the conveyance direction of the slit 27 across the entirety of the slit 27, and covering members 23 are placed in the placement area 28. The covering members 23 are formed to have a V-shape cross section having a taper 23a, are placed in the placement area 28 with multiple spacers 22 interposed between the taper 23a and the placement area 28, and cover the entirety of the slit 27 from above. Further, the multiple spacers 22 are arranged spaced in the perpendicular direction.
