Abstract:
Provided is a cooling liquid flow path sealing structure of a rotating electric machine, which is capable of reducing the size and weight of the rotating electric machine while ensuring the cooling liquid flow path sealing properties of the rotating electric machine and maintaining the performance of the rotating electric machine and also which is capable of improving the cooling performance. The cooling liquid flow path sealing structure seals a ring recess 20 that is the opening portion of a cooling liquid flow path 10 which is provided within the wall thickness portion 2a of the cylindrical frame 2 of a motor 1, which opens at least on one side of the frame 2 in the axial direction, and through which a cooling liquid for cooling the motor 1 flows. The cooling liquid flow path sealing structure comprises a bracket 3 that is joined to at least one of both end surfaces of the frame 2 in the axial direction and covers the ring recess 20 of the cooling liquid flow path 10, wherein the bracket 3 has an inlay protrusion 21 that projects to the frame 2 side and fits into the ring recess 20 of the cooling liquid flow path 10.
