Abstract:
A cooling module, according to an embodiment of the present invention, for cooling an object to be brazed comprises: a body part having a contact part in contact with the object to be brazed, and cooling the object to be brazed; a first nipple connected to one side of the body part, and having a first supply path for receiving fluid from the outside; and a second nipple connected to the other side of the body part, and having a first discharge path for discharging the fluid to the outside, wherein the body part includes: a second supply path formed in the body part so as to be connected to the first supply path; a second discharge path formed in the body part so as to be connected to the first discharge path; and a connecting flow path positioned to be adjacent to the contact part of the body part, and connecting the second supply path and the second discharge path.
