Abstract:
This cooling structure comprises: an outer packaging material provided with an inlet and an outlet for a refrigerant; and an inner core material disposed in the outer packaging material. The inner core material has a shape having projections and recesses for partitioning a flow path of the refrigerant into multiple segments. The inclination from a recess to a projection and/or the inclination from the projection to the recessed in the shape having projections and recesses is not less than 10° but less than 90° with respect to the planar direction of the cooling structure.
