Abstract:
Provided are: a cooling system having a simple configuration, which is capable of maintaining adequate cooling performance even in cases where the load of an electronic device is not uniform; and a cooling method. A cooling system of the present invention is provided with: a plurality of evaporators, each of which stores a first coolant; a plurality of heat exchangers that are respectively arranged above the plurality of evaporators; a plurality of first pipes that constitute first coolant circulating systems, which independently work for respective evaporators, and each of which circulates the first coolant between corresponding evaporator and heat exchanger; an external heat exchanger which cools the first coolant of the plurality of heat exchangers through a second coolant; and a second pipe that constitutes a second coolant circulating system that circulates the second coolant between the external heat exchanger and the plurality of heat exchangers.
