Provided is a cooling system of a photovoltaic power station (14) coupled to a waste incineration power station. The cooling system comprises a waste incineration power station and a photovoltaic power station (14), and further comprises: an absorption refrigerator (11), the absorption refrigerator (11) being connected to a mechanical ventilation cooling tower (10) and a flue gas heat exchanger (8) of the waste incineration power station; a first circulating water pump (12), mounted between the flue gas heat exchanger (8) and the absorption refrigerator (11); a second circulating water pump (13), mounted between the absorption refrigerator (11) and the mechanical ventilation cooling tower (10); a photovoltaic cooling water path, mounted on the photovoltaic power station (14) and connected to the absorption refrigerator (11); and a third circulating water pump (20), mounted on the photovoltaic cooling water path.
