Abstract:
A cooling water channel structure fixedly connected to a motor stator, comprising a housing (1), a stator (2), a water cooling flow channel (3), and pipe joints (4). The water cooling flow channel (3) is of a tubular structure, and a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a spiral cooling water flow channel (31) are provided on the water cooling flow channel (3). A positioning step (11) is provided on an inner wall of the housing (1), the water cooling flow channel (3) is provided in the housing (1), and the bottom of the water cooling flow channel (3) abuts against the positioning step (11). The stator (2) passes through the water cooling flow channel (3), and the stator (2) is in an interference fit with the water cooling flow channel (3). The two pipe joints (4) both pass through the side wall of the housing (1) and are respectively connected in a threaded manner to the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet of the water cooling flow channel (3). The cooling water channel structure uses the water cooling flow channel (3) as an independent component, and before stator coils are placed in silicon steel sheet grooves, the cooling water flow channel is in an interference fit with stator silicon steel sheets; and as the axial dimension of the cooling water flow channel (31) is close to that of the stator (2), the cooling water flow channel does not affect the placement of the stator coils.
