Abstract:
Disclosed are a cooperative forced mixing and conditioning device and method for fluid, which are suitable for the surface modification of fine mineral particles, and the mixing and dispersion of a solid-liquid system and a liquid-liquid system. The device comprises a vertical barrel body, a cross-flow and impinging-stream generating system, and an ore pulp circulating system. Ore pulp and an agent are fed into the bottom of a cylinder (10) from an ore pulp feed pipe (13), enter, via a pre-circulating ore pulp discharge pipe (5) and a circulated ore pulp discharge pipe (1) at the top of a cone, the ore pulp circulating system under the suction action of a circulating pump (14), and are fed into the vertical barrel body by means of the cross-flow and impinging-stream generating system to form a high-speed impinging stream and forced shear cross flow in the vertical barrel body.
