Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is copper-containing oriented silicon steel with good magnetic properties, the copper-containing oriented silicon steel comprising, in addition to not less than 90 wt% of Fe and inevitable impurities, the following chemical elements in percentages by mass: 0.04-0.09% of C, 2.9-4.0% of Si, 0.05-0.2% of Mn, 0.005-0.01% of S, 0.015-0.035% of Als, 0.0010-0.01% of N, 0.01-0.1% of Sn, and Cu, wherein the content of Cu satisfies: 3% ≤ Si + Cu ≤ 4.4%, 0.05 ≤ Cu/Si ≤ 0.13, and 24 ≤ (Mn + Cu)/S ≤ 118. Further disclosed in the present invention is a method for manufacturing the copper-containing oriented silicon steel. The method is simple, convenient and feasible, and can effectively improve the magnetic properties of the copper-containing oriented silicon steel.
