Abstract:
A cord-accommodating device is provided with: a housing (51); a cord (50) accommodated in the housing (51), the cord being capable of being pulled out from the housing (51); and a plug (42) provided to the pull-out end of the cord (50), the plug being capable of being connected to an external power source. The cord (50) is formed so that in the natural state, the cord bends backwards at bend sections (60) provided at intervals along the length direction of the cord (50) and extends in a serpentine shape; and the cord(50) is accommodated in the housing (51) so that portions positioned between the bend sections (60) overlap each other.
