Abstract:
Disclosed is a cord identification tag to be attached to an optical cord. The cord identification tag is an integrally formed resin molding provided with: a flat-board-like display section having a display surface which displays cord identification information; a neck section, which extends parallel to the display surface from the display section, and which has a width smaller than that of the display section; and a cord holding section provided on the leading end of the neck part. The cord holding section has a curved wall having an opening when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the neck part.
