Abstract:
Provided is core body for absorbent items, comprising an upper layer of hydrophilic non-woven fabric (1) and a lower layer of water-repellent non-woven fabric (5), connected in sequence from top to bottom, and a plurality of water-absorbent resin material particles (4) arranged between the upper layer of hydrophilic non-woven fabric (1) and the lower layer of water-repellent non-woven fabric (5); an intermediate water-guiding layer of non-woven fabric (2) is also arranged between the upper layer of hydrophilic non-woven fabric (1) and the lower layer of water-repellent non-woven fabric (5); the non-woven fabric (2) of the middle water-guiding layer is provided with a plurality of hole grooves (3), and the water-absorbent resin material particles (4) are arranged in the hole grooves (3). The water-absorbent resin material particles (4) are fixed in the hole grooves (3), and even if detached from the glue owing to external pressure, are still confined in the hole grooves (3) and cannot produce agglomerates; thus the problem of the water-absorbent resin material particles (4) in the core bodies of existing absorbent items being easily detached from glue owing to external pressure is resolved; after detaching from the glue, the water-absorbent resin material particles (4) readily gather together and agglomerate into lumps and piles, resulting in the technical problem of poor water absorption performance.
