This core body temperature estimating device is provided with: a core body temperature acquiring unit for acquiring the core body temperature, at a first time point, of an estimation target subject of whom the core body temperature is to be estimated; a pulsation acquiring unit which acquires the pulsations of the estimation target subject in a period including the first time point; and an estimating unit which uses a core body temperature estimation model for estimating the core body temperature at a prescribed time point from the core body temperature at an initial time point and the pulsations from the initial time point until the prescribed time point, to estimate the core body temperature of the estimation target subject on the basis of the core body temperature at the first time point, acquired by the core body temperature acquiring unit, and the pulsations in the period including the first time point, acquired by the pulse acquiring unit.
