Abstract:
A core computing unit processor and processing method for an artificial intelligence device, said processor being provided with a plurality of neurons, the neurons consisting of a plurality of multiplier sets, the multiplier sets comprising a plurality of multiplier units, the multiplier units having accumulation, maximum value and minimum value operation functions, the number of multiplier sets within each neuron being the same, the number of multiplier units within each multiplier set being the same, the multiplier sets within a single neuron sharing same input activation data, the multiplier sets within a single neuron processing different kernel weight data, same bit order multiplier sets within different neurons processing same kernel weight data, data conversion not occurring between the multiplier sets.
