Provided is a core element for electronic pens that constitutes the tip part on the tip side of a pen with felt and has strength for pen pressure to be accurately transmittable to a pen pressure detection part.　A tip structure part composed of felt is constituted by being joined with an axis structure part. The axis structure part is composed of a non-fibrous member that is harder than felt. The axis structure part comprises, on at least one axial end side, a recess hole for joining with the tip structure part, and also comprises, on the other axial end side, an engaging part for directly or indirectly engaging with the pen pressure detection part provided in the electronic pen. The tip structure part comprises a tip part projecting to the outside from one axial end side of the axis structure part when joined with the axis structure part, and a joining core part which is joined on one axial end side of the axis structure part while being inserted into the recess hole of the axis structure part, a joint of the tip part with the joining core part having a second ring-shaped end face abutting against a first ring-shaped end face around the recess hole on one axial end side of the axis structure part.
