Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of mechanical technology, and provided is a core extraction device for an electrofusion pipe fitting. The present invention resolves the problem of poor efficiency of an existing core extraction device. The core extraction device for an electrofusion pipe fitting comprises a frame; an upper driving mechanism capable of driving an upper half core body of a mold core to move upwards and a lower driving mechanism capable of driving a lower half core body of the mold core to move downwards are both arranged on the frame; an upper limiting assembly and a lower limiting assembly which can be used for abutting against each of two respective end faces of an electrofusion pipe fitting on the mold core are also provided on the frame; accommodating spacing capable of accommodating the electrofusion pipe fitting is formed between the upper limiting assembly and the lower limiting assembly, and the size of the accommodating spacing is adjustable. It is ensured that said spacing can always remain matched with the length dimension of an electrofusion pipe fitting, thereby causing the positions of electrofusion pipe fittings after each core extraction and separation to all be fixed; grabbing and unloading by a subsequent unloading mechanical arm, etc. are facilitated, production efficiency is improved, and the present invention is also adaptable to core extraction requirements of electrofusion pipe fittings of different lengths.
