Abstract:
Provided are a core material and a vacuum heat-insulating material with which deformation of the core material during vacuum packaging can be prevented, and vacuum packaging can be carried out while maintaining the pre-vacuum-packaging shape of the core material. At least one surface of a core material 10 prior to vacuum packaging is provided with a first surface 11, a second surface 12 having a different height than that of the first surface 11, and a third surface 13 that is formed so as to connect the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 while being slanted. Thus, stress due to atmospheric pressure during vacuum packaging is dispersed by the third surface 13, thereby preventing deformation due to the concentrated action of stress in the thickness direction.
