Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of canned fruit processing. Disclosed are a core removal and cutting device for canned fruit processing and a cutting method. The device comprises: a support frame, and an upper top plate fixedly installed on the support frame by means of vertical rods. A cylinder is fixedly installed on the upper top plate; an output end of the cylinder penetrates through the upper top plate and is fixedly connected to an installation disc; a core removal mechanism for removing fruit cores is installed at the center of the lower surface of the installation disc; a fixed base corresponding to the core removal mechanism in the vertical direction is installed at the upper surface of the support frame; cutting mechanisms for cutting fruits are fixedly installed on first installation rings; and second mounting rings are fixedly installed on the inner side of the vertical rods and above the first mounting rings. In the present invention, the cylinder drives the installation disc to move up and down to cause the core removal mechanism and the cutting mechanisms to approach the fruit on the fixed base at the same time, such that the fruit can be cut while the core is removed, and after the core removal and cutting are completed, the cutting mechanisms and the core removal mechanism can be extracted from the fruit at the same time.
