Abstract:
Provided are a core-shell catalyst and a preparation method therefor, and an application of the core-shell catalyst to in the ozonation reaction. The catalyst comprises an inner core and a shell coating the surface thereof. The inner core is made of one of hematite, tourmaline, germanite, medical stone, or kaolin. The shell is made of ρ-type aluminum oxide and a metal oxide active component. A preparation method for the core-shell catalyst comprises: mixing an inner core raw material and water to obtain a ball seed with the particle size of 2-4 mm, wherein the inner core raw material is one of hematite, tourmaline, germanite, medical stone, or kaolin; mixing the ball seed, a shell raw material and water to coat the surface of the ball seed with the shell raw material so as to obtain a material ball with the particle size of 3-5 mm; treating the material ball for 10-24 h at the constant temperature of 60-90°C, and then performing calcination activation for 2-5 h at 450-550°C to obtain the core-shell catalyst. By means of the preparation method, the core-shell catalyst with good morphology and good catalytic performance is prepared, and the production cost of the catalyst is reduced.
