Abstract:
The present application provides a core-shell structure quantum dot for an electroluminescent device and a preparation method therefor, and an electroluminescent device. The core-shell structure quantum dot comprises a core body and a surface shell layer; and the surface shell layer is ZnS1-xOx, wherein 0.1≤x≤0.9. The core-shell quantum dot of the present application can significantly improve the current density, brightness, and external quantum efficiency of the electroluminescent device prepared therefrom.
