Abstract:
The present invention relates to a corner block for constructing a reinforced earth wall and a method for constructing a corner part thereof. A right-angled corner part having a protrusion or embayment shape may be economically constructed and constructed to be structurally sound using the corner block. Also, the corner block may be adequate for constructing curved reinforced earth walls having various radii of curvature in addition to the right-angled corner part. In addition, a reinforced earth wall of portions coupled to an abutment and a passage box may be constructed to be structurally sound using the corner block without generating gaps. The corner block includes: a front surface (101) defining an outer surface of the reinforced earth wall; a rear surface (102) contacting a reinforced earth body; left and right side surfaces (103, 104), each having an even shape to be in contact between blocks horizontally adjacent to each other; and top and bottom surfaces (105, 106) in contact between blocks vertically adjacent to each other. Here, one side surface of the left and right side surfaces (103, 104) includes one coupling part (104a) protruding in a lateral direction, and the other side surface of the left and right side surfaces (103, 104) includes a plurality of coupling parts (103a) having the same radius from the front surface (101) of the block up to the rear surface (102) so that the coupling part (104a) of the one side is coupled at a predetermined angle.
