Abstract:
The present invention relates to a corner protector for glass and a glass assembly for a refrigerator door body. The corner protector for glass comprises: a first side sleeve plate; a second side sleeve plate, one end portion of the second side sleeve plate being connected to one end portion of the first side sleeve plate, and the second side sleeve plate being perpendicular to the first side sleeve plate; and a cover plate, provided with two right-angle edge portions which are adjacent to each other and perpendicular to each other, the two right-angle edge portions being respectively connected to edge portions, located on the same side, of the first side sleeve plate and the second side sleeve plate, so that the cover plate is attached to the surface of glass after the corner protector for the glass is fitted on a corner of the glass. An accommodating groove for accommodating a glass corner is defined between the first side sleeve plate, the second side sleeve plate and the cover plate, and the accommodating groove is configured to be in interference fit with the glass corner. The corner protector for glass not only effectively protects the glass for a long time, but also is easy to disassemble.
