Abstract:
A corona resistant member having sufficient long-lasting resistance to corona discharge, and a corona resistant resin composition used in molding said corona resistant member are provided. This corona resistant member is formed by molding a corona resistant resin composition obtained by melting and mixing at least a resin component and a plate-like, granular or fibrous inorganic filler; this corona resistant resin composition is used in molding corona resistant members. In the case of a plate-like inorganic filler, the mode diameter in the volume-based particle distribution measured by a laser diffraction/scattering method after molding is preferably 1-200μm; in the case of a granular inorganic filler, the aforementioned mode diameter is preferably 0.1-50μm; and in the case of a fibrous inorganic filler, the fiber diameter in the resin composition is preferably 3-9μm.
