Abstract:
A coronary vein guide system and a guide method thereof. The coronary vein guide system comprises a coronary vein guide catheter and a flexible inner tube fitted within the coronary vein guide catheter. The coronary vein guide catheter comprises a coaxial section (1), a fracture resistance section (2), and a torqueable section (3) in sequence; an end of the coaxial section (1) is provided with a flexible head end (101); the coaxial section (1) and the fracture resistance section (2) are connected at an obtuse angle ranging from 136° to 140°; the fracture resistance section (2) and the torqueable section (3) are connected at an obtuse angle ranging from 138° to 142°; the coaxial section (1) and the torqueable section (3) are located at the same side of the fracture resistance section (2), and the three sections are on the same plane; the length of the flexible inner tube is longer than that of the coronary vein guide catheter by 18 cm to 22 cm; a blunt head end (502) of the flexible inner tube extends along the same direction as the coaxial section (1); a tail end of the flexible inner tube is provided with a spiral interface (501). The coronary vein guide system is simple in structure, adaptable to an anatomical structure of the heart, and is able to greatly reduce the implementation difficulty of cardiac CTO intervention surgery.
