Abstract:
 The purpose of the present invention is to provide a correlation coefficient correction method, a correlation coefficient correction device, and a program, with which it is possible to improve the estimate accuracy of the walking speed or pace of a moving body, as well as a motion analysis method by which it is possible to accurately measure the motion of a user. The correlation coefficient correction method includes the features of: using the detection results of a first sensor and calculating a reference speed; using the detection results of a second sensor attached to the moving body and calculating walking characteristics information of the moving body; and using the reference speed and correcting a correlation coefficient in a correlation formula that represents a correlation relationship between the characteristics information and the walking speed or pace of the moving body.
