Abstract:
A corrosion-resistant tabletop structure comprises, sequentially from top to bottom, a melamine formaldehyde resin impregnated upper colored paper layer (21), a phenolic resin impregnated kraft paper layer (3), and a melamine formaldehyde resin impregnated lower colored paper layer (22). The upper surface of the melamine formaldehyde resin impregnated upper colored paper layer (21) is coated with a UV resin to form an upper UV coated layer (1). The phenolic resin impregnated kraft paper layer (3) is made of no less than three sheets of kraft paper (31, 32, 33) each being impregnated with a phenolic resin, and the layers being bonded together by gluing and hot pressing. The thickness of the corrosion-resistant tabletop structure is 0.7 mm to 25.4 mm. The corrosion-resistant tabletop structure satisfies corrosion resistance and contamination resistance requirements for laboratory tabletops and can expand to wide-width specifications. The invention provides richer decorative effects without requiring a substrate and is therefore easier to process and install.
