A producing apparatus that is capable of sequentially forming corrugated sections by a single closure of an upper die and a lower die and in which force is not applied in a direction inclined relative to the direction of movement of punches. The apparatus has two cam blocks (42) and a cam plate (39). The two cam blocks (42) each have pressing projections (49) formed on its lower side, and the pressing projections (49) come in contact with to-be-pressed projections (46) on the upper surface of each punch (40) to press individual punches (40), causing each punch (40) to move toward a die (36) against urging force of an urging means (44). The cam plate (39) moves the two pressing cam block (42) in a horizontal plane, in the direction where the pressing cam blocks (42) approach each other or in the direction where they separate from each other. The position at which a side wall (47) rises at the to-be-pressed projection (46) of each of the punches (40) is different for each punch (40) in order that the pressing projections (49) of the pressing cam blocks (42) are sequentially in contact with the to-be-pressed projections (46) of the punches (40) when the two pressing cam blocks (42) are moved in the horizontal plane, in the direction where they approach each other or in the direction where they separate from each other.
