Abstract:
A corrugated paper cup, comprising a cup body formed by rolling a fan-shaped sheet (11), wherein the fan-shaped sheet (11) comprises an inner cup paper sheet (2) and a single-layer corrugated paper sheet (3) adhered to the peripheral surface of the inner cup paper sheet (2); a first end (31) of the corrugated paper sheet is staggered and parallel to a first end (21) of the inner cup paper sheet, so as to form a first bevel edge (111) of the fan-shaped sheet (11); a second end (32) of the corrugated paper sheet is flush with a second end (22) of the inner cup paper sheet to form a second bevel edge (112) of the fan-shaped sheet (11); after the fan-shaped sheet (11) is unrolled, corrugated stripes are oriented in a direction from the first bevel edge (111) to the second bevel edge (112) as transverse stripes; when the fan-shaped sheet (11) is rolled to form a sealed edge, the second bevel edge (112) and the first bevel edge (111) of the fan-shaped sheet (11) are stacked to form an edge sealing area (4) where at least three layers of paper sheets are adhered together; and a corrugated cavity area of the fan-shaped sheet (11) close to an upper arc edge is flattened to a thickness smaller than the thickness of a middle part of the fan-shaped sheet (11), and a part of the pressed corrugated cavity area is rolled outwards along with the inner cup paper sheet (2) to form a rolled opening (51). According to the paper cup, corrugated stripes are oriented from the first bevel edge to the second bevel edge as transverse stripes, so that on one hand, an anti-scald effect is achieved, and on the other hand, because the stripes are transversely arranged, after rolling, the stripes spiral upward to form a ring-like support structure, thereby enhancing the structural strength.
