Abstract:
A corrugated paper gluing machine and gluing process, comprising a machine box (1), a glue feeding box (2), a controller (3), a pressing plate apparatus (4), a glue scraping plate (7), a gluing roller (8), and a paper pressing plate (9), the machine box (1) comprising an upper box (103) and a machine base (104), the machine base (104) being connected to both sides of the lower end of the upper box (103), the pressing plate apparatus (4) being disposed in the upper box (103), the paper pressing plate (9) being connected to the lower end of the pressing plate apparatus (4), one side of the machine base (104) being provided with the glue feeding box (2), a glue box (201) being disposed in the machine box (1), the glue box (201) being in communication with the glue feeding box (2), the gluing roller (8) being disposed in the glue box (201), the two ends of the gluing roller (8) being connected to the machine base (104), the gluing roller (8) being disposed below the paper pressing plate (9), a second guiding roller (6) being disposed on both sides of the gluing roller (8), the glue scraping plate (7) being disposed below one of the second guiding rollers (6), an adjustment box (101) being disposed on the machine base (104), an end part of the glue scraping plate (7) being connected to the adjustment box (101), a glue scraping end of the glue scraping plate (7) being next to the gluing roller (8), the lower end of the glue scraping plate (7) being connected to the glue box (201) by means of a top plate apparatus, the controller (3) being disposed on one side of the machine box (1), and the controller (3) being electrically connected to the pressing plate apparatus (4).
