Abstract:
Disclosed are a corrugator having an oscillating heat pipe and a method for manufacturing same. A corrugator having an oscillating heat pipe according to the present invention has a structure which includes: a cylindrical cylinder in which at least one among a preheater, a fluted roll, and a press roll has a plurality of perforated holes perforated and formed along concentric circles centered around a rotation axis; and a pair of cap members joined to both ends of the cylinder, respectively, and having a plurality of connection grooves which are recessed inward from portions contacting the respective end surfaces of the cylinder and formed in concentric circles. Here, each of the connection grooves is located at the ends of a pair of neighboring perforated holes and communicates the pair of perforated holes, and facing connection grooves in the pair of cap members are arranged offset from each other.
