Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic compact having a refill container provided with a sponge rotating means, the objective of which is to provide a cosmetic compact having a refill container provided with a sponge rotating means wherein both the upper and lower surfaces of a sponge accommodated in the refill container can be used. The present invention comprises: a case body; a lid that is hingedly coupled to the case body; and a refill container that is detachably accommodated in the case body, wherein the refill container comprises: a container body that is attached to and detached from the inside of the case body; a container lid that is hingedly coupled to the container body so as to open and close; a sponge that is embedded inside the container body and impregnated with cosmetics; and a rotating means for rotating the sponge in the container body so that the lower surface thereof is used after the upper surface thereof is used.
