The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for protecting the lips, having excellent lip moisturizing and lip wrinkle alleviating effects by using natural ceramides having excellent skin barrier protection and moisturizing effects together with rosehip oil having excellent wrinkle alleviating and tissue regenerating effects. According to the present invention, the natural ceramides and the rosehip oil, which are the active ingredients of the cosmetic composition for protecting the lips, have a synergistic effect on lip moisturization and lip wrinkle alleviation, and thus have an excellent lip protection effect.
