Abstract:
Provided is a cosmetic emulsion preparation which is reduced in sticky unpleasant feeling or the like in high-humidity environments or in sweating and which can moisturize the skin in low-humidity environments to have an enhanced beautifying effect.　This cosmetic emulsion preparation comprises an aqueous phase comprising water and poly(vinyl alcohol) and an oily phase comprising an oil and has a poly(vinyl alcohol) content of 0.5 mass% or higher with respect to the whole cosmetic emulsion preparation.
