Abstract:

Disclosed is a cosmetic preparation containing a nonirritating silicone polymer which is excellent in adhesion to skin or hair. Specifically disclosed is a cosmetic preparation containing a polymer (A) which includes the following repeating units (I) and (II). (In the above formulae, R¹s may be different from one another and respectively represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X¹ and X² represent a divalent aromatic group having 2-10 carbon atoms or -COOR⁷- wherein R⁷ is an aliphatic group bonded to A or B; A represents an organopolysiloxane residue; and B represents a group expressed as the following formula (1): wherein R³s may be different from one another and respectively represent an alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms; and d represents an integer of 1-10.)
