Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a pad 2 that is impregnated with a liquid cosmetic preparation; and an inner container 4 that contains the pad 2, while having an opening 13 through which the upper surface of the pad 2 is exposed. The inner container 4 is provided with an inner container main body 10 and an inner cover 11; the pad 2 comprises a pad main body which is formed of a fiber body that has cushioning properties, and a mesh cover which is formed of a mesh sheet and covers the pad main body so that at least the entire upper surface of the pad main body is covered thereby; and the mesh cover is locked to the upper surface of the pad main body by means of fibers in the upper surface of the pad main body, said fibers having ends entangled with the mesh cover.
