Abstract:
A cotton thread winding device for textiles, comprising a bearing base; an upper winding mechanism is disposed above the left side of the bearing base, and a lower winding mechanism used in cooperation with the upper winding mechanism is disposed above the right side of the bearing base; a box body is mounted in the upper winding mechanism, and an adjusting device is mounted on the right side of the box body; a connecting device used in cooperation with the adjusting device is mounted on the left side of the box body; a tensioning device is horizontally arranged in the middle part of the adjusting device and connecting device; a dust suction device is mounted in the interior of the box body; a lower winding support device is mounted on the lower winding mechanism; and a control device is also electrically mounted on the exterior of the box body. The design of the device is reasonable, and an automatic upper and lower rollers operation of cotton threads may be achieved by means of the upper winding mechanism and the lower winding mechanism in the interior, which further improves the efficiency of cotton thread winding and relieves the labor burden; meanwhile, fluff produced during winding is effectively processed, and the production environment is optimized.
