Abstract:
Disclosed is a counter-flow fin plate heat exchanger for gas-gas heat exchange, comprising several outer passage fins (102), outer passage bending plates (103), inner passage fins (104) and inner passage bending plates (105). Each of the outer passage bending plates (103) is a panel with two sides bending perpendicularly upwards, each of the inner passage bending plates (105) is a cuboid box without a cover at an upper end, the upper end of the inner passage bending plates (105) and the lower side of the outer passage bending plates (103) are sealed and fixed. The several outer passage fins (102) are provided on an inner side of the outer passage bending plates (103) in parallel, the inner passage fins (104) are provided on an inner side of the inner passage bending plates (105), and side face ends corresponding to two long sides of each of the inner passage bending plates (105) are respectively provided with one opening, and the two openings are respectively provided at different ends of side faces of the two sides. The heat exchanger has a compact structure, is convenient to install, has a strong heat exchange effect, and can effectively prevent corrosion.
