Disclosed in the present invention is a counterweight-adjustable dumbbell, which comprises a dumbbell rod, a handle, dials, dumbbell rack assemblies, a plurality of counterweight adjustment assemblies, and counterweight pieces. Each dumbbell rack assembly comprises inner and outer supporting racks, and a connecting rack fixedly connected to the inner and outer supporting racks. The inner supporting rack is in rotatable fit with the handle, and the outer supporting rack is in rotatable fit with the dumbbell rod. A locking mechanism for locking the inner supporting rack to rotate relative to the dial is arranged on the inner supporting rack. The plurality of counterweight adjustment assemblies are correspondingly connected onto the connecting racks. Each counterweight adjustment assembly comprises a counterweight adjustment shell, a cam rotatably arranged in the counterweight adjustment shell, and a counterweight connecting assembly. The cams are sleeved on the dumbbell rod and provided with protruding teeth arranged according to the counterweight. The counterweight connecting assemblies are in fit with the protruding teeth and are driven by the protruding teeth to be connected to the corresponding counterweight pieces. By using the structure, the dumbbell has the advantages that the operation is simple, multiple adjustment gears are provided, the counterweight is conveniently adjusted, the weight of the counterweight can be directly read and the like.
