Abstract:
A counterweight-equipped device for quick hoisting of a PC wall panel has the following structure: an H-shaped steel beam (1) and a counterweight steel beam (3) are respectively welded to two ends of a balanced main steel beam (2). First steel hoisting lugs (4) are respectively symmetrically welded to two sides of a middle portion on the balanced main steel beam (2). Second steel hoisting lugs (5) are respectively symmetrically welded to two sides of an end portion of the counterweight steel beam (3) on the balanced main steel beam (2). A hole for hoisting is provided on the second steel hoisting lug (5). A counterweight (6) is mounted below the counterweight steel beam (3). Four steel cables (7) are respectively connected to the two first steel hoisting lugs (4) and the two second steel hoisting lugs (5), are then connected to each other as a whole, and are connected to an external truck crane. The PC wall panel is fixed to a hoisting point of the H-shaped steel beam (1), and is connected to the counterweight section and the hoisting lug on the middle section of the balanced main steel beam (2) by means of the steel cable (7). The truck crane is connected to the steel cable (7), hoists PC wall panels at one time, and mounts the PC wall panel to a PC wall panel mounting position having a cantilever structure. The hoisting device facilitates construction, is safe and reliable, and effectively overcomes the difficulty of mounting a PC wall panel on a cantilever structure.
