Embodiments of the present application provide a coupler and an electronic device, which relate to the field of electronic devices. The coupler occupies a smaller PCB layout area, and is more conducive to device miniaturization. The coupler comprises a signal input terminal, a signal output terminal, a coupling terminal, and an isolation terminal. The coupler is used to couple a signal transmitted on a path between the signal input terminal and the signal output terminal to a path between the coupling terminal and the isolation terminal. The coupler further specifically comprises a main signal hole and a first coupling hole provided on a printed circuit board (PCB). A first terminal of the main signal hole is coupled to the signal input terminal, and a second terminal of the main signal hole is coupled to the signal output terminal. A first terminal of the first coupling hole is coupled to the coupling terminal, and a second terminal of the first coupling hole is coupled to the isolation terminal. In a thickness direction of the PCB, the first terminal of the first coupling hole and the first terminal of the main signal hole are close to a first side of the PCB, and the second terminal of the first coupling hole and the second terminal of the main signal hole are close to a second side of the PCB.
